What is a website wireframe? Explain. If you don't know what it is, look it up. Find an image online to place on your blog that represents a website wireframe and how they work.

A website wireframe is basically the outline of a website; it sets up the structure of where things will go on your website. You can control where you place pictures, videos and text on your website. Unfortunately, wireframes lack color, style, and graphics so you wouldn't be able to add those to your blog using a website wireframe.

Finish this sentence "10 years from now I will be...."

10 years from now I will be living in my own apartment or shared apartment with my best friend; either one of those options work for me. Hopefully I'll be saving money for my own practice for a psychology business, owned by yours truly. Maybe I'll have a significant other, but I really can't predict how well and how long someone will be able to tolerate me when I'm older. Hopefully I'll grow out of this 'too awkward to perform some daily activities' phase by then.

This weekend was pretty fun for me. On Friday, I went to Petland with two of my friends because we all needed some puppy therapy. The beagle shown above was very calm and cuddly, but the golden retriever we played with afterwards was crazy and escaped our pen.
Once we were finished with playing puppies, we drove to Winsteads and shared a chocolate skyscraper after dinner. The next day I had a volleyball tournament in Topeka. This was our first tournament together as a team and we placed fourth out of the twelve teams that were there. I was really proud of how I played on Saturday.

Kids don't like talking to me. I miss having interactions with someone who knows what's going on in the world right now, entertainment wise. I need someone to update when Liam Neeson comes out with a new movie! I wish I could pull off their crazy hair colors like rainbow or more rainbow. But sometimes the hair colors hurt my almost-blind eyes.

What do you find the most confusing and frustrating part of web design and HTML code so far? What would make it easier? What don't you understand? What do you understand? Explain yourself.

Sometimes I don't understand the wording of an instruction on Codecademy and I need someone else to rephrase it for me. I have some trouble with clickable photos, but hopefully it'll become easier for me as time goes on. I think we need more visual learning in this classroom. Most of it is just listening to a teacher blurt out instructions at a fast pace that I can't keep up with sometimes. I understand how to change my fonts, font sizes, and font colors. I caught onto those pretty quickly.

Tell me all about your 3 day weekend! Share photos.

I had a very busy weekend that included my friends and family. On Friday night, I went to the boy's varsity basketball game with my friend Kennedy and we accidentally got lost driving home. Luckily, there was a small church with a parking lot and we pulled in before turning around and heading back home. On Saturday, I hung around my house until it was 4 o'clock and then I started getting ready for dinner with my friends, Brooke and Charlotte. It was my first time eating at Spin and I absolutely love it there now! On Sunday I lounged around and worked on homework. On MLK Jr. Day, I went to my sister's volleyball tournament at Bartle Hall.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and your life here at BVHS. What activities or clubs are you involved in? What year are you in school? What is your favorite class and/or teacher so far this year? What are you looking forward to this school year? Include some original photos from your phone if you can.

My name is Sydney Neal and BVHS is a cool place. Obviously, there are changes I would love to make but I'm not in control of those decisions. This year I managed the sophomore volleyball team during the fall and now my club season has started up. I have a really close-knit family and I'm so happy to have them in my life. I was going to add a picture of my sister in here, but I don't think she would be happy with one I chose. I'm in tenth grade and colleges have already started emailing me; it feels scary and groundbreaking. I really like my personal finance teacher, Mr. Williams. He's really sarcastic and won't sugarcoat things like other teachers do. I'm really excited to start getting into my college decisions and applying for scholarships. Also, I wanted to add in that today is my half birthday! Only six months until I turn sixteen!

This is some of the girls from my club. We always have a super fun time together. We get on really well.

These are the main people I hang out with over the weekends when I'm free. We all have the same sense of humor so we know what boundaries we're not allowed to push.

The adults shown above are my parents. They've done a great job at raising me and I'm so proud to call them my caregivers. They're supportive of everything I do and I couldn't ask for anything more.

What are your thoughts on this class so far? Easy? Hard? Informative? Frustrating? What have you learned so far? What do you want to learn? Explain yourself.

I think this class will be fairly easy if you keep up with your work and make sure you're being very detail-orientated. I've learned how to link my classmate's blogs to my home screen and how to put a link on a picture. I would like to see if it's possible to link a video on our blogs. I'm not sure if that will be an assignment of ours in the future, but I think it would be a helpful and informative lesson if we had time for it.

I had a very eventful weekend that included basketball games, friends, and birthdays. On Friday night, I went to the varsity basketball game with three friends and was happy with our win. On Saturday, I ended up going to see Night at the Museum 3 with my mom, my sister and her friend, and my friend. On Sunday, I celebrated my friend's twenty-second birthday throughout the entire day. His birthday isn't until today, but since he was going back to work today we celebrated yesterday. I gave him a scrapbook of our childhood memories.

Read this small newspaper clipping and then write a blog post about it. What are your thoughts? How does it make you feel? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.

I disagree with his statement. We are teenagers, not adults with a regular income. Everyone always says to keep your childhood as long as possible yet the same people teach teenagers how to grow up. We're walking contradictions. I want to spend my teenage years having fun with my friends and creating memories, not focusing one-hundred percent on school and becoming an introvert. He's right about one part and it's that our parents don't owe us fun and that's because we can do that part on our own. We are capable of accomplishing things that the last generation couldn't think of doing and we're not changing it now because someone said no.
